We have booked travel for events ranging from a handful of key executives to nationwide music concerts and multi-city corporate tours with hundreds of participants. Catering
Delicious food, professional catering and beverage services are some of the most important elements of an event. Our partners provide a variety of different catering options, ranging from a full service formal dinner to tray passed hors d’oeuvres (with several options in between) with food and beverage selections to compliment any location and/or event theme.
Invitations / Marketing / Save the Date Cards
ELMS Entertainment provides a variety of invitation options, representing many different styles, materials, and costs. Once the style and colors have been selected, we print and send complimentary “Save the Date” cards to the event’s guests. We also facilitate all aspects of mailing final invitations and any other collateral associated with the event.
Registration & Check-in
ELMS Entertainment’s hospitable staff manages the RSVP and invitation list and organizes the guest registration and check-in at the event. Our registration procedures at the event factor in the flow of the venue, security issues, and guest identification needs.
Event Scripting
We solidify a comfortable flow for the event elements, the timing and order of speakers and performances, as well as the actual scripts for each individual speaker.
Auction Management
To raise funds for an organization or provide rewarding items for guests, we will set up silent or live auctions. Together, we select items from celebrities, athletes, and artists that will drive bids, and enticingly display them at the event.
Meeting/Convention Planning
A successful meeting or conference requires well-organized logistical coordination, negotiating strength and personal service. With our years of experience and special event expertise, ELMS creates a meeting reflecting a client’s professionalism and personality.
Based on the client’s specifications, ELMS develops a timeline and budget to fit needs, arranges a site selection team to find the optimal location and venue and provides all staff for the evening, including on-site managers and travel directors. We flawlessly implement all catering services and decor. And finally, ELMS Entertainment provides a post-meeting review for records and future planning needs.
Live Concerts
Live entertainment is a valuable element to an event. However, tracking down the performers and negotiating with agents is difficult at best. ELMS Entertainment maximizes the close relationships we have with artists, agents and managers. We offer the best available talent at the most agreeable performance rate.
In addition, we have a dedicated staff on hand to manage all talent relations from contacting them prior to the event and gathering their rider requirements thus ensuring that while on-site they are comfortable, briefed on the event requirements, dressing room needs are met and their performance schedule is flawless.
Music Contracting
If the need is an all-star band for that memorable show, a house band for a featured performer, or a string section to provide background, ELMS Entertainment uses a vast network of session players across the country to provide just the right material. Our musical partners are reliable and professional with sophisticated talents.
Rehearsal Coordination
Rehearsals are necessary to insure proper equipment performance, right-on timing cues and script validity. ELMS Entertainment reserves rehearsal venues and calendars the participants and times for this valuable effort.
Production
Numerous elements factor into producing a successful live concert. Creating scripts, show rundowns and production schedules, coordinating talent and managing the stage- these are all aspects that ELMS will successfully execute.
Three keys to a striking and memorable live event are video, lighting and set design. Whether the event is a small club gathering or a full stadium show, ELMS will hire and create the appropriate visual image.
Sound quality also plays an essential role in the outcome of a show. ELMS’ qualified production managers will assure that both thre audience and talent are completely satisfied from an audio perspective.
